This is a good place for a homey lunch or breakfast. The food is good, I had a half sandwich and their Mexican Meatball soup. The decor is retro '50's, very suitable. During warm weather, the outdoor dining patio would be very enjoyable.

Some of the best outdoor seating in town! This restaurant has a great menu for both Mexican and American food. The waitresses are very diligent and the food is delicious! It is such a fun place for lunch!

This is one of the best breakfast places in Gardnerville. Both the Mexican and American dishes are prepared very well and the weight staff is excellent. Good parking right off 395.

The food is truly good. The Ruben was one of the best I've had. The toast was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was on point. The fries were fresh and crispy. We also tried the turkey sandwich, the special sandwich, and the philly. They were all good. It may not look like the coolest place in town but they definitely know how to cook.

We stopped for lunch, sat there waiting forever while the other waitress walked by us several times& had to ask for menus,then ordered a salad & Wrong dressing came on it, whwn told if the mistake she smirked..waited for 40 plus minutes for a French dip onions rings & fired mushrooms. Which were soaked in oil. It was literally dripping off the onion Rings& deep mushrooms..must be old oil....I let them know, but all she did was smile.. the French dip was good think they need to change the nasty old oil,as I ended up with a sick stomach,mot opted then 5 minutes down the road!! Icalled and was told that noone else was sick so...guess it was just me huh🤔 hope they fix the issues there. Not worth the money.. ....not cool Disappointed, since we don't eat out but once a month. Definitely not returning. P.s get someone who can understand english. To take orders not going back yuk🤢

Went for breakfast Thursday morning. Husband had biscuit and gravy and link sausage with eggs. The biscuit was from a can and he could not cut it, and the link sausage was nasty. Mine was a sausage patty that was so overcooked I could not cut it. The toast was hard and a very small amount of butter in the middle. This breakfast was the worst we have had ever. To top it off it was very overpriced. The waitress brought us the wrong order to start with so we had to wait another 20 minutes to get this horrible meal. We will never eat there again.

Food was very mediocre, no flavor and tasted like it was previously frozen, boxed and from a can. Amateur home cooks can make these same dishes much more tastier. Restaurant can definitely use a makeover or at least a good scrubbing. It's unfortunate that the Mexican restaurant that used to be here was replaced with this one. The Mexican restaurant was the best in town!
